These terms govern the sale of CarryOn products through this website by CarryOn Recovery Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
The product
CarryOn is a Formulated Supplementary Sports Food, a food, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always read the label and use as directed. If you have a medical condition or are preparing for surgery, talk to your healthcare professional.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown at checkout in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order before dispatch, in which case any payment is refunded in full. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Delivery
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our Refunds & Returns policy.
